At last the Doctor is getting somewhere. Songsten has submitted to the Great Intelligence and he attacked Khrisong.
The Doctor, Jamie and Travers apprehend Songsten. A dying Khrisong tells that Songsten and Padmasambhava have been entranced. Their minds controlled by the Great Intelligence.
Once the other monks learn of the truth, they become irate. It is up to the Doctor to calm them down.
It is left to the Doctor to enter a battle of wills with the Great Intelligence as he tries to destroy he Intelligence's equipment that control the Yetis.
The animation team has done well to restore this lost story. I do think that the original was far from being a classic. Only Episode 2 survives.
The animation team elevates a story that would have been bit of a reach to recreate well on the screen back in the mid 1960s.
They only partially succeeded as the story itself is rather average.
