Benvolio told Romeo that the Capulets are holding the 416th annual masquerade at the "Capulet Car Company". 416 is the amount of years between the premiere of the original play "Romeo and Juliet" in 1595 and the finishing of this movie in 2011.
The outdoor shot that is set to be the "Montague Mechanics Company" is actually the Fellwock Garage in downtown Evansville, Indiana. It was built in 1908 and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 as a historic commercial building.
Tom Byron also appeared in [Romeo and Juliet (1987)] and [Romeo and Juliet Part II (1988)], also "Romeo and Juliet" related pornos, however the older movies is about a theater group that is rehearsing the play, rather than being an actual adaptation of "Romeo and Juliet".
