The logging company hires a security firm to arrest her if she sets foot on the forest floor, so periodically her friends need to bring her supplies. Our story takes place during one of these supply runs when something goes horribly wrong for our hero. Yet even when all seems lost, there is still hope to be found.

Modern-day Iroquois warrior, Shaunta Bear Heart, camps out in the top of a tree to protect a sacred forest from loggers. The logging company hires a security firm to arrest her if she sets foot on the forest floor, so periodically her friends need to bring her supplies. Our story takes place during one of these supply runs when something goes horribly wrong for our hero. She will be shot from the tree and fall on the ground. All are in shock to witness this, is this the end? (well, YES: 'The End'; just for this promo short) Yet even when all seems lost, there is still hope to be found.
After this near-death experience saving an elder tree from loggers, modern-day, Native American warrior, Shaunta Bear Heart, stays one step ahead of authorities and joins a seafaring research crew investigating the distress call from a missing cruise ship. They find it at the mercy of The Great Pacific Ocean Garbage patch and run aground on a solid island of toxic waste TEEMING WITH NEW LIFE... But it isn't friendly.
