- We meet the Action News Team as Lincoln finds himself taken aback by a new crush. Mom and Dad attempt to befriend a doctor to avoid the astronomical medical expenses that come with having 11 children.
- In the dead of night, Lisa enters her parents' bedroom to inform them that she has appendicitis and needs to be taken to the emergency room. However, Mr. Loud doubts that he can actually afford to take her to the emergency room, given how often he has to deal with his kids' medical expenses. After trying to gain help from his wife (which turns out to be unsuccessful, as Mrs. Loud soon ends up going back to sleep), Mr. Loud ends up taking Lisa to the emergency room, only to learn that the only real issue was constipation from enchilada night. After being told that he has to pay $300.50, he leaves without paying due to his financial instability. The next day, Lincoln and the Action News Team are informed that a new student, a girl named Charlie Uggo, has transferred to their school. Lincoln quickly zings because of Charlie, and he begins to lose his mind, partly because he likes Charlie, and partly because he has a butt pimple that's keeping him on edge. Meanwhile, Mr. Loud, unable to let professionals handle his kids' medical issues due to how expensive it is, opens a family clinic run by himself to allow the kids to have their medical issues resolved faster. He then proceeds to help all of his kids who are having medical issues, but when he attempts to pull an arrow out of Lisa's stomach, his wife catches him red-handed and decides that the family needs a real professional doctor on 24-hour call. Just then, the Loud parents see an actual doctor move in across the street, and they decide to somehow use him. Meanwhile, Lincoln accompanies Charlie in the "new student" segment of the school's news show. However, since he has fallen in love with Charlie, he becomes unable to focus on his job. Eventually, he admits to having a butt pimple on camera, leading to him being humiliated by everyone in school. When Lincoln arrives home later that day, he finds out that his sisters have also heard about his butt pimple, and that it has become a meme. Even more embarrassed, he decides to hide away in the grave pit that Lucy dug the night before under the assumption that Lisa would die from her "appendicitis". Meanwhile, the Loud parents meet up with the doctor (who introduces himself as Dr. Simmons) across the street and invite him to come for dinner. The doctor accepts the invite after Mr. Loud tells him about how he makes some of the best-tasting fried chicken. Meanwhile, Lucy attempts to bury Lincoln after finding him inside the grave pit, but stops after he shoos her away. Just then, Leni, Luna and Luan arrive and take Lincoln inside the house so they can discuss his dilemma. They promise to teach him how to make Charlie fall for him, and Lincoln gains his confidence back. Suddenly, Dr. Simmons arrives at their house for dinner. After everyone is finished eating dinner, the Loud parents decide to play a board game with Dr. Simmons, during which they try to grab some medical advice from him. However, he eventually catches on to their plan and decides to leave the house, not wanting to be manipulated into giving out free medical advice as people have done to him before. However, the Loud parents beg him to stay, and, having enjoyed the fried chicken and seeing the Loud parents as decent people, he agrees to treat one of their children, which ends up being Lincoln after his sisters inform the doctor about the seriousness of his butt pimple. Dr. Simmons treats the pimple by making Lincoln wear an adult diaper, which helps him regain his confidence at first. Suddenly, Charlie arrives at his house to bring him his school supplies, but quickly notices that he is wearing an adult diaper and leaves. The next day, Lincoln finds himself in new humiliation after the Action News Team does a report on him wearing an adult diaper. After school that day, Lincoln returns to the grave pit, and his friend, Rusty, comes to invite him onto his talk show. The next day, Lincoln goes on Rusty's talk show, during which he speaks about his humiliation and how many differences hide the things that make everyone human. He explains how nobody has to be perfect, and that no matter how someone may get humiliated, they need the confidence to prevent it from letting them down. The message of his speech gets received by everybody watching the talk show, including Charlie. The next day, Charlie thanks Lincoln for advocating for himself after all the humiliation he's been through. Lincoln offers to take Charlie to Auntie Pam's, but it turns out that Rusty has hooked up with her. Having failed to win Charlie's heart, Lincoln decides to hang out in the grave pit with his family as a means of celebrating his success in making a difference in the world.
