When Amy and Rory are taken by the Daleks they are placed in a room with a rising floor. Later when the Dalek ship arrives at the Asylum the floor opens up again but the walls to the room have disappeared.
(Around 18 minutes) Rory is holding the torch in his left hand but it's suddenly in his right hand as he walks away.
As Rory examines and touches the first 'broken' Dalek he encounters, both its dome lights are there in the wider shot, but one is missing in the reverse shot.
In the close up shot of the Dalek eye peering out of the snow at the fallen Doctor, in close up its pupil opens sideways parallel to the horizon, but in the immediately following wider shot it's at an angle.
When being shot at the Dalek Asylum, Rory yells "Wrong way up!" twice, but his mouth only says "Wrong way!"
When the Doctor sets the self-destructing Dalek to "reverse", as the Dalek is backing into the group of Daleks, you can briefly see the rope that pulls the Dalek as it lifts up when it loses slack.
As Amy begins to lose self control, The Doctor tells her to hang onto scared because scared isn't Dalek, however earlier the entire reason why the Daleks didn't want to come to the planet was because they were too scared to.
The imprisoned Daleks are allowed to keep their full battle armour and weapons.
