On the season finally of "Totally T-Boz," Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins got the results back from her annual Mri. She'd been getting them ever since her battle with a brain tumor that could have taken her life. After seeing some symptoms in herself, she was fearing the worst. She worried that her body wouldn't be able to handle another surgery to deal with a second tumor.
"“If my brain tumor comes back, I'm [going to] just have to live with it and figure out the best way to survive," she'd decided.
Luckily, her doctor told her that there was no mass. She had another clean Mri and thus wouldn't have to worry about facing that battle again.
"I’m glad I don’t have a tumor, 'cause ain’t nobody got time for that!" Tionne announced excitedly.
And with a healthy check-up, that's a wrap for "Totally T-Boz." There's been no word on...

It had become a party of her regular routine, but there was nothing routine about the emotions surrounding TIonne "T-Boz" Watkins' annual trip to get an Mri on the latest episode of "Totally T-Boz." She was diagnosed with the tumor in 2006, and said she has gotten one every year since then, just to make sure the tumor hasn't returned.
"Unpretty’ is what I’m feeling," she said, referencing one of TLC's many hits. "Knowing that you’re faced with maybe death. My brain tumor can always come back. I’m strong, but you have your days and that’s kind of sad."
But it was her strength that showed on the show, in the face of the unknown. Hopefully, the Mri will come back clean once again, so she can get back to feeling pretty and healthy. At least, until the anxiety looms this time again next year when she's faced with that dreaded,...

Since its premiere on Jan. 1, the reality show "Totally T-Boz" has let viewers into the private life of Tionne Watkins, one-third of the 1990s girl group TLC ... ironically, on cablenet TLC.
Currently in the process of reinventing herself in the music industry in Los Angeles, Watkins has faced challenges her entire life, from a long battle with sickle cell anemia to the removal of a brain tumor in 2006.
But one of her biggest challenges has been being mom to her daughter, Chase, now 12.
"It's the hardest job on the planet," she tells Zap2it. "You're in charge of raising someone and being over their life. There's no rule book, so there's a challenge a day. I go day to day, honestly.
"I think I've pretty much put the values in her that I needed there, as far as God. It's an everyday thing. Sometimes I'm hit with questions from her...

T-Boz is standing by her commitment to keep things very real on her new reality show. The latest installment of "Totally T-Boz" showed the TLC member at a low point. Presumably after a long cross-country flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles, T-Boz had a scary health moment related to her sickle cell disease.
Luckily, her assistant was on-hand when T-Boz started to lose coherence. She mumbled through a few phrases before losing her train of thought completely.
"It was time for her to go to the doctor, so we got her to the doctor," her assistant said. That quick thinking, along with some much-needed rest, helped ensure that T-Boz came out of the scare okay.
The truth can be hard to watch, but it's "Totally T-Boz" every Tuesday at 8 p.m. Est on TLC.

Atlanta -- For TLC singer T-Boz, it has been a rocky road since the 2002 death of Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes.
She has faced foreclosure, filed twice for bankruptcy and dealt with an abusive marriage that ended in divorce. The 42-year-old has also experienced life-threatening health issues that derailed her singing career.
She's hoping her struggles – and getting past them – will connect with audiences through her new reality show, "Totally T-Boz," an hour-long, four-episode series on TLC. The show debuted last week and airs Tuesdays (8 p.m. Eastern).
"This is a real story about a real girl who did real things," said T-Boz, who was born Tionne Watkins. "This is a show of substance (and) shares more about me that many didn't know about."
Along with Left Eye and Rozanda "Chilli" Thomas, TLC released back-to-back hits, including "Creep," "Waterfalls" and "No Scrubs." Their Grammy-winning sophomore album, "CrazySexyCool," sold more than 10 million units.

TLC was one of the biggest female groups on the planet, until they lost one of their own when Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes. The two remaining members have stayed close, and with the 20th anniversary of the group looming, it was time to think about what to do to honor their legacy and keep the music alive. "Totally T-Boz" takes fans into that story, largely from the perspective of Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins.
While Rozanda "Chili" Thomas was keen to go all-out for the anniversary, talking about a new tour and a new album, T-Boz wasn't so sure. She'd already gone public with the fact that she has sickle cell disease, and battled a brain tumor for three years. She was concerned about putting that much strain on her body. She also indicated she wants to focus on other career opportunities that are out there.
None of this sat well with her former Chili,...
