- TriviaThe title of this episode translates to "The Land is Built on Law" in English. It refers to the first words of the Code of Jutland from 1241.
- GoofsWhen Birgitte starts a new party, Bent Sejro strongly supports Jacob Kruse at first and even tells on Birgitte. It is as if Sejro is not aware that Kruse nearly killed him by convincing to take the EU post in Brussels in S2E2 ("In Brussels no one can hear you scream"). Kruse knew Sejro was ill and lied to Sejro, his wife and Birgitte. Sejro should be aware of this.

I fully agree with the previous reviewer. The terrible disconnect between Seasons 2 and 3 is simply confusing. It's as if someone said, "Let's just start over." Where did the total separation take place. The second season ended with a seeming reconciliation. The the world traveling hunk is in with Birgitte with great passion. All in a very short time. And what happened with Kasper and Katrine and where'd that baby come from? Was Kasper just a surrogate. And, of course, Katrine is everything her mother says she is. Living off everyone else for her own purposes. All that, and a new party to appease a centrist crowd. Well, let's see. Oh, I have a question. What about Birgitte and the chauffeur that was never followed up.
