A short, ten minute feature from Jacob Lee that illustrates the power of dancing - just ordinary, street dancing - in helping create an healthy mind and body; making friends - even for just a few seconds; laughing and interacting with other strangers using the random movements as a common language. Set against a time-lapsed series of images from London and Bristol this is a story of a young man who is trying to get off his anti-depressants by simply filling his life with something joyous and different. No conclusions, just a single camera observation for a short six week period of his life. Well worth a watch, this.
