The locations visited include: Vanessa's Dumpling House in the lower east side for pork and chive dumplings, Talde in Park Slope Brooklyn for pretzel dumplings and a bowl of ramen, Biáng! in Flushing for spicy cumin lamb with hand ripped noodles and chewy and fragrant dumplings, The Hurricane Club uptown for green glass noodles and chicken shumai, Smorgasburg in Williamsburg Brooklyn for Yuji Ramen's mazeman (brothless ramen) and Shorty Tang & Sons' cold sesame noodles.
