Pleasant XXX romance
lor_12 March 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Something of a throwback to the Adam & Eve romances of nearly 20 years ago (think: many titles directed by Roy Karch), this entry in the label's "Double Booked" series stretches the concept beyond the familiar "sharing a space" gimmick of people thrown together because of botched hotel reservations to include juggling having dates with two people at the same time. It amounts to harmless romantic sex scenes with an attractive cast.

Setup has an aspect of bait & switch to it. Katie Morgan's boyfriend Tommy Pistol pops the question and presents her with an engagement ring, prompting, (of course) a hot sex scene by the two veteran perfomrers. She wants to get married right away, but they plan a wedding more conventinally instead.

After that, Morgan continues to pop up in the picture to keep the story and minor comedy going, hut in fact the real leading ladies are her maid of honor, beautiful newcomer Julia Robbie and her friend Liv Revamped.

Key farcical scene has Julia fixed up on a dinner date by Katie with Ryan Driller as the guy, just as Julia has invited Liv to dinner at the same restaurant. Julia humps Liv in a aback room, leaving Ryan waiting at their table.

Contrived script gets more interesting when weddiing time approaches, and Julia plans to attend with both Liv & Ryan as her guests, but first they have a three-way sex scene. Completing the XXX content is an irrelevant but entertaining scene of Julia reading a steamy romance novel and fantasizing a character Robby Echo making love to her in the shower.

One of A & E's house directors Andre Madness piloted the movie, doing an okay job.
