I despise this show so much.

This is so stupidly awesome! Jess... Oh wait, this isn't "Dude, where's my car", it's that piece of c**p show. Personally I don't know why XD would air this waste of airtime along with Camp Lakebottom, Randy, C&B, Those c****y Marvel shows, Mightey Med, Lab Rats and Jessie instead of American Dragon, X—Man, Fantastic Four, Spider—man and his Amazing Friends, Spider—man:TAS, Batman:TAS, Tarzan and Galactik Football, Kim Possible(Air it worldwide, not only in the USA!), Recess, Filmore, What's with Andy? etc. Instead, they go to the CN syndrome, now what do I mean by that? Well, they have in common because CN used to import awful Canada shows, and XD is doing it now too!

Billy Joe Cobra is a parody of Billie Joe Armstrong! How dare they! He is the worst cartoon character ever and is a rip—off of Danny Phantom! His corny jokes don't help either! His friend is bland, the friend's friends are stereotypes, bland or cliché, the antagonist is a copy of Crocker from FOP! The humor is too corny, the voice acting is awful, and the animation is garbage! The dialog is just... No comment.

This show(Not only Billy is a rip—off of Danny, this show is a rip—off of Danny Phantom it's self!) is also a rip—off from that nick show "Danny Phantom"(A masterpiece of a cartoon, much better than this one)

0.0/10 (Take it off the air ASAP!)

Bro-tastic!

Warning: Spoilers
The first episode of the series doesn't give you any insight into why Billy is a ghost, why Spencer and his family moved into Billy's house, or why two villains are out to capture Billy. The only information you are given about the setting for the show is entirely in the intro at the beginning. This show is incredibly fast-paced and can be filled with continuity errors... but it's still pretty darn fun to watch! There is very little plot and story, but every episode has some interesting ideas about the kind of fun you can get into when you have a ghost for a friend. It may not be the best show on television right now, but it sure is fun to watch. :)

Amazing show

Incredibly fun to watch. The relation between Billy and Spencer is not shown in detail, which is good as there are theories made of who they really are. Every episode is great and can be shown to all ages

Warning: Spoilers
Late but I was on Disney, searching for something to watch, when I stumbled upon this cartoon. I clicked on it, and on the first episode, my initial impressions were, 'Woah. I get it, but it seems too boring.', so I went off of it.

Fast forward to 29/12/23. I looked on Disney once more, as I had just finished watching The Owl House. I found this show again, and decided to look at the summaries of the episodes that Disney provides you with. Some episodes sounded interesting like Lolo in love. Keep in mind that I had only watched the first episode, so I had no idea who Lolo was.

I decided to watch the show because I was interested in how everything would work out. It was either the second or third episode where Ponzi was introduced, and I liked it. In the first episode, there wasn't much of an antagonist, just somebody who wanted to be against Billy, but now that somebody despised Spencer, it was suddenly more entertaining.

It isn't a copy of Danny Phantom, just because there's a ghost involved. DP has fighting scenes and an actual plot that goes somewhere. This show is more simple.

The only reason it isn't 10/10 is because the character designs, although they were okay, I just wasn't a fan of the teeth. It would've worked if they didn't show each tooth individually as a square, but rather collectively like in a rectangle.
