Mike tells Rachel he's made no progress with Harvey, despite telling him what happened with Jessica.

Jessica goes to see Cameron, who is serving as special prosecutor for the case against Eva. He tells her he has Eva dead to rights and gives her a surveillance video as proof.
Louis takes Mike to a steak house for lunch, the two also feasting on wine and cheesecake. Mike is greatly impressed by the food. Afterwards Louis introduces Mike to the ownership, telling him the restaurant is about to become a shopping center because of eminent domain. Mike basically says there's nothing to be done because nobody wins those cases. Louis says his dream is to re-write the law and wants Mike to help him.
Harvey isn't happy Jessica went to see Cameron without consulting him. She says she wants to help him, creating a "dream team."
Rachel tells Donna she doesn't want Mike and Harvey's relationship to impact theirs. Donna agrees.
Louis works hard to help Mike with the background for the steakhouse case.
Harvey and Jessica show Eva the video, which shows her No. 2 Nick handing a case of money to a man in exchange for greasing the wheels on a new pipeline. There is no audio and Eva assures them she never uses the word "bribe." Harvey and Jessica realize Cameron must have gotten Nick to roll over on her. Eva doesn't buy it until Nick doesn't answer her call.
Rachel tells Mike that Louis is trying to recruit him. He doesn't seem sure. Louis walks in and the two come up with a new strategy for the case.
Harvey drops by Cameron's home. The two talk trash and Cameron admits that he has Nick as a witness.
In court Adrian and Mike argue that tearing down the restaurant isn't a public benefit given the quality of the business. Opposing counsel argues the key case history is that the measure is quantitative not qualitative, to which Mike responds that in the case in question, nothing ended up happening with the property. The judge ultimately rules against Louis and Mike, saying he has no basis to create new law.
Eva tells Harvey she enjoyed working with Nick and is upset that he has shown such disloyalty. She thinks that bribing Nick is the way to handle the situation, to which Harvey responds that putting her in a situation to offer yet another bribe must be Cameron's plan.
While enjoying mud baths, Mike tells Louis he knows what's going on. Despite how nice he's being now, Mike remembers what kind of scumbag Louis has been in the past. Louis tells Mike he "makes him want to be a better man." Mike has a revelation that there is already a provision in the law that could work for them.
Harvey pays Nick a visit at his hotel room. Instead of offering a bribe, Harvey appeals to his conscious, telling Nick that he'll regret this for the rest of his life.
Louis and Mike go in front of the judge again, this time introducing a new, inflated evaluation of the property.
Donna tells Rachel about Harvey giving his blessing to poach Mike. Rachel wants her to convince Harvey to take Mike back, but Donna is still very upset about Mike's disloyalty. Donna leaves and Mike walks into the conference room, telling Rachel that he and Louis have a shot at their case. Rachel mentions going to Donna, a move which Mike thinks was a mistake. Mike tells her Harvey forbid him from telling her his secret.
Mike storms into Harvey's office and tells him it's time to get past this. Harvey responds that he didn't give Louis permission to go after him to punish Mike, he did it because the two of them are done.
Harvey and Jessica talk on the roof. She admits to lying to him about Eva and they have it out regarding the merger, Mike's history, her blackmail, etc. He asks if she'd act the same way if she had it to do over again.
We see some pre-deposition trash talking between Harvey and Cameron that involves the revelation he's leaked the tape and Eva is at the risk of losing her company.
Rachel and Donna lay everything on the line. Rachel is hurt that Harvey influenced her relationship with Mike. Donna ups the ante by admitting she recommended to Mike that he should try and get past Rachel. Rachel is furious when Donna says this happened after she told him she and Mike had kissed. Rachel thinks Donna chose work over their friendship.
During the deposition Harvey and Jessica rip Nick apart, implying that he could have been acting on his own in order to take over the company. They are giving him a taste of what things will be like in court.
Louis drops by Mike's place to say they won the case. He tells Mike that Harvey doesn't love the law the way he does. Harvey cares more about winning than anything and thinks Mike should spend some time working for a lawyer who cares more about law than victory.
Cameron tracks Harvey down after the deposition. Harvey's strategy worked and he's ready to deal. The deal he offers is a huge win for Eva, but requires her pleading guilty (instead of no contest). This allows Cameron to feel as if he's won a technical victory, something which obviously bothers Harvey.
Jessica convinces Harvey that the deal is what they were offering in he beginning with only a cosmetic change. He should take the deal because they've already won.
Mike and Rachel make up.
Harvey and Eva have a conversation about losing her No. 2, which sounds very much like his situation with Mike. Donna comes in afterwards and says that perhaps he should consider forgiving Mike, given that everything that happened is Jessica's fault.
Mike goes to Louis' office and the two basically agree to team up. Louis leaves to get him a gift and Harvey pops in. Harvey tells him he should go back where he belongs. The two high-five and we see a despondent Louis throw a celebratory cake in the trash.
