Vaper Vanna's showcase with crypto-currency
lor_21 October 2023
Warning: Spoilers
"Influence: Vanna Bardot" runs over four hours (including plenty of redundant credits, recaps and previews derived from the current practice of first dishing out segments on-line before releasing the movie as a whole), but has only brief story/acting sequences, not enough material to make up a feature if the XXX footage is removed. Vanna Bardot looks great as a girl planning to open a sex club named VXN (honoring video's production company Vixen) who teams up with Vicki Chase and April Olsen to hoodwink a couple of underworld baddies (hot Euro actress Little Dragon and her boss Jason Luv) to finance the operation.

Kayden Kross's script makes fun, of course, of the social media influencer phenomenon as well as other recent but already cliched topics like vaping and crypto-currencies. Playing a large role but speaking unintelligible English thanks to his heavy accent is Maximo Garcia, better known to me as Joel Tomas. He plays a boxer/influencer (!) named Precious, an indication that Kayden Kross's future as a comedy writer is nil.

He wastes considerable screen time prattling on about his pet crypto-currency called Peachy Coin, and the dumb plot and plot twists center around stealing millions in that currency, by stealing a Peachy wallet and getting ahold of the pass code. Vaping is a key element in the movie's suspense, and vaping smoke dominates the imitation Maurice Binder fancy opening credits sequence.

Surprisingly, one of the best elements here is a theme song written and performed by sexy actress Queenie Sateen, who also performs it on screen in a club scene..
