Is it just me or does this program have a subtle snooty attitude to it regarding the USSR Era? I was after a balanced documentary, and this seems somewhat biased and slanted to me. I found Russia - A Journey With Jonathan Dimbleby, Pilot Guides Russia with Ian Wright, and Long Way Round with Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman much more engaging and informative.
It just seems very English and proper. I guess that's expected from the BBC, but usually they tend to be a tad more neutral and watcher friendly.
It had various video clips with the narrators' voice over, why not have the original audio? Overall I found it most disappointing and hard to watch, let alone enjoy.
