- During a dream sequence a man and a woman are shown having intercourse. She is on top of him fully nude, she is shown from the side and front though arms and set dressing are always strategically blocking any explicit content.

- Several fairly explicit surgery scenes, including a woman's stomach being sliced open for a c section.
