The latest Hollywood genre salute by Canadian porn director Ricky Greenwood (a/k/a Eric Boisvert) is a Western "Gold Diggers" for Digital Playground, among his least effective efforts thus far. Very little effort was expended here, more of a dress-up in Western garb nearly all-sexer than a satire of, or actual Western movie.
Shawn Alff's screenplay about hunting for wanted criminal Scott Nails (who has appeared in hundreds of Digital Playground scenes over the past two decades or so) by female bounty hunters in a tiny California Gold Rush town is just an excuse for five extremely lengthy XXX scenes.
A terrific (and underrated) Adult star Vicki Chase provides a highlight, but talents like Abigail Mac, Kimmy Granger (now outfitted with big boobs), Adria Rae and newcomer from England Gal Ritchie are wasted merely doing gonzo shtick.
Special mention has to go to Ms. Ritchie, winner of my contest for the least creative moniker adopted recently by a porn actress/stripper, with apologies to Madonna's ex-husband.
The story makes little sense and takes up relatively little screen time; "Rawhide II: Dirty Deeds". Starring Bree Olson and Kayden Kross in 2009 from Adam & Eve, is a far better example of porno Westerns made before budget restrictions and an audience demanding gonzo content took over.
