May have plot spoiler. Nothing specific.
I felt like I was watching parts of different films as the script tried to do too much. First we have a traumatized boy watching what his mom and aunt do nasty things to his father (Ethan McDowell who was DiCaprio tough). We then assume the weird dysfunctional grown man known as Adam Kaul (Alan Smithee) is the same person. Story 2 is about the crooked cop (Kristin Wall) who shot a drug dealer and is now investigating a case involving his daughter and a head in a box. Story 3 involves a military experiment with our star because just being a crazy crowbar killer isn't enough. It made for a really stupid "I'm not dead yet. I don't want to go on the cart." ending.
Now the "B" stars were here. We know they got the best when Mindy Robinson and Brinke Stevens are both in the film. This wasn't no fly by night Eric Roberts disaster. The script was cliché filled. I was saying the lines before the actors delivered them. This is not a bad thing because I am a great and funny guy, but the delivery of the lines was awful. Alan Smithee had great lines, it just wasn't there.
The too cramped plot as well as badly directed scenes killed the film.
Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity.
