Season 3, I'm back in my happy place:) I love absolutely love 'Clarkson's Farm' despite the odd bit of staged content (allegedly). However, when you combine the considerable 'on screen talent' along with the skills of production and editing, plus of course the quite stunning Cotswolds you're left with pure magic.
Unfortunately, the tragic lack of support by the British Gov. Since (bloody) Brexit and the misleading information given to UK farmers at the time has resulted in devastating outcomes for a Cornerstone British industry. The result for small (under 1000 acres) farmers of this misrepresentation of the truth is that they do not standing a 'choclate teapots chance in hell' of surviving much longer without the shredding of the quite frankly potty legislation (I'm not suggesting the dumping of environmentally important bits) and promotion of other, more a 'common sense' approach to farming in modern Britain and help privately owned farms and so aid their survival and away from the hands of vast corporations and 'horse studs'
However, despite all of the difficulties thrown at British farmers Diddly Squat appears to endure & we are left with a show that entertains & warms the soul. It's interesting to see Clarkson's transition from a petrol head to a caring (allegedly) farmer which at times is a little painful to watch, which adds to the fun and is ultimately rewarding.
So all I can say is thank you Jeremy, Lisa, Kayleb, Charlie & Gerald (who has been off screen so far).
