This documentary shows one man's quest to complete the coveted "100 Man Kumite" ! It provides background into the life of Shihan Judd Reid, from starting out in karate as a teenager, covers the time he spent as an "Uchi Dechi" in Japan, to his life of competing - which includes achieving World Champion status in his late 30's and of course, teaching at the WKO in Pattaya, Thailand. It takes you "Rocky Balboa" style, through some of the extensive training Judd had to undertake, in preparation to take up the challenge of fighting 100 Black belts, one at a time continuously, without a break! He is a very soft spoken, very humble man, who feels he's been so lucky to have been able to live his life dedicated to karate and this is reflected in the documentary. A truly inspiring piece I would recommend to anyone looking for that extra edge to help them achieve their goals in life, whether in martial arts or any walk of life. As the man himself says, "Never, ever give up!"
