My Fallen Rose is a film that pays homage to the silent era of the early 1900's, and is a love tragedy with a slight horror twist. It features no audible dialogue, but instead utilizes title screens (like the classic silent films), and musical accompaniment. Featuring a haunting piano piece written and performed by Carla Kray Pierce herself, the film appears on the outside to be a supernatural tale about resurrection and the undead, but at its core it is a story about loss and the inevitable challenges of trying to move on.
