- Game is very bloody. When you shoot someone, large amount of blood is seen spurting out of wound. However, injuries are not graphic at all.
- You can sneak behind someone and stealth kill him. It's mostly obscured due to camera angle, but some blood is shown.
- Group of people are shot offscreen. Might be little disturbing for some.
- Part of one mission takes part in hospital where many wounded people are seen crying in agony and pain. This is disturbing, but again injuries are not shown in graphical detail.
- You can throw Molotov cocktail on someone, setting him on fire. That person then crawls a bit on ground before succumbing.
- You shot a rocket from panzerfaust on oncoming cable car with two enemies. Cable car exploded and one one is seen plummeting down.
