Thoroughly entertaining.

Sean Devlin is behaving very strangely, he's in possession of some discs which contain information incriminating to Hassan.

Suspend your disbelief once again, you will need to, because there are elements to this episode that will have you scratching your head, however, it is thrilling once again, it's dramatic, thoroughly entertaining and really rather absorbing.

Rosie Cavaliero is very good, but her character really is so stupid, should she be on the case? John Simm is terrific.

A great twist awaits. 8/10.

Best of the three episodes a real knuckle clenching corker.

Warning: Spoilers
The first episode got us introduced to John Simm's Detective Marcus Farrow now he is truly on the run for his life from the cops whilst trying to find out who exactly was behind his wife and son's murder and we get a stunning second part that is truly gripping through the whole hour.

Farrow is on the run and when he digs further into his wife and son's murders he learns secrets that will not only ruin any memories he had of people he thought he knew but could bring down corruption at the very heart of the police force. While this goes on Detective Susan Reinhart is chasing him down and learns herself that things are not as they seem and herself starts to wonder if Farrow is the murderer at all before a shocking climax reveals that the bad guy was someone both thought they really knew.

This is a supreme hours worth of thrilling entertainment that grips like a vice and never lets go and without doubt reminds me of a ITV version of classic Hollywood thriller The Fugitive and its underrated follow up US Marshals with Simm's Farrow the Harrison Ford role and rising star Rosie Carvaliero's Susan Reinhart the Tommy Lee Jones role and though the culprits are very different its story is very similar.

Both of these actors give very underrated performances and deserved Bafta nominations.Simm is a hugely likable lead but to fair he is one of our finest actors and he is wonderful in anything but this is one of his strongest and highly charged roles to date and again like Harrison Ford in The Fugitive he is trying to solve the murders and bring down a conspiracy at the same time plus even with all that is never trying to hurt anyone and is a real character you can root for. Carvaliero hopefully will be given many more strong scripts like this in the future and is like a female Tommy Lee Jones in that she doesn't care for people much but when she realises who might be behind the murders she starts to try and do the right thing even if it not only risks her job but her life, she is a very funny, sarcastic and no nonsense cop who is determined to get the job done, again similar to Jones Sam Gerard from The Fugitive films.

All other actors again are strong but like in the first part are a tad wasted especially quality actor/comedian Adrian Edmondson who is very briefly seen but doesn't get to do much. The two main supporting stars are Craig Parkinson as Sean Devlin Farrow's former best mate who is involved in things and is strong in giving us a depressed and constantly worrying person and plays it perfectly. The other top performer is Anastasia Hille as DCI Andrea 'Mac' MacKenzie who seems to be the only one who is trying to help Farrow behind the other cops back but as we go on is she risking things for him or herself and is another who deserves awards.

The action is relentless and the most action packed of the three with a good punch up,Farrow breaking in to hide out and a awesome cliffhanger where he is chased by Reinhart after jumping off a train literally just before the train squashes him and leaves us anxious for the final part.

A brilliant and much stronger part to the other two with award worthy performances, shocks, twists and turns and fantastic chase sequences and action and you wish ITV and Britain in general made more TV series like this one because this is a corker.
