Warning: Spoilers
Suits been on a role every since the last episode.
Perfect philosophy.
Tackling on things that matter.
Mike's a lawyer, always has been.
Sometimes people need a good enough reason to stay.
Harvey really choked out at the very thought of Mike leaving which was so emotional to watch.
The title of this episode was perfect as well.
KNOW WHEN TO FOLD EM !
Realizing when you go full throttle for what needs to be done.

The central issue here is whether Michael will take a job as an investment banker and dump his connection with the firm. It would lead to his not having to be looking over his shoulder all the time. He is expecting Harvey to help him make a suggestion--but Harvey tells him to go for it. The problem is that while Mike stays with the firm, he is putting them in a bad position. Harvey confronts a worthless attorney with a gambling problem who is grubbing for any money he can come up with to stay afloat. Harvey and Scotty are playing games. Louis's fiance tells him she doesn't want to have kids and that's the end of that. There is an effort to cover for him when he refuses to come to work and it has some serious implications. The episode ends with our asking whether Mike is leaving for the corporate world.
a time capsule review (FEB 2016)

Every now and then I will do a "time capsule" review for the IMDb because I firmly believe that the IMDb database will still be in play a century from now (possibly implanted directly into users) and I want viewers of the future to better understand the foibles of my generation.
First, the basic review. Another riff on two often-used arcs: Mike is not who he seems, and someone takes a run at Harvey. Not the best of SUITS not the worst. Middle of the road. OK episode.
But the REAL reason for the review is this. What does it say about our society if on TV (A) one of the best lawyers in the biz is not a real lawyer (SUITS) and (B) one of the best lawman in the biz is not a real lawman (BANSHEE or POI, pick one!) (C) one of the best doctors around is actually a narcissist and borderline sociopath (HOUSE) and (D) one of the best investigators in the biz does not believe the government he works for (XFILES REBOOT) ....? I don't have answers for these questions but I think they are worth asking.
