The narrator states that the bombing of Pearl Harbor was the first time that the U.S. had been attacked by a foreign power. Great Britain attacked the U.S. during the War of 1812.

It is incorrect to describe Patton as the commander of the Allied invasions of either Sicily (Operation Husky) or Italy. The overall commander in both cases was Dwight Eisenhower, in his role as Commander-in-Chief, Allied Forces Europe. For Husky, the operational commander (and commander of the Allies' land forces) was General Sir Harold Alexander.
The Italian campaign consisted of three major operations, and Patton was not even involved, having been relieved of combat duties after two incidents of slapping wounded soldiers in August 1943. The British overall commander in Italy was again General Sir Harold Alexander, with Patton's nemesis Bernard Law Montgomery in charge of the field operations. The U.S. commander was Lt. Gen. Mark Clark.

George Patton arrived in France July 1944 and the 3rd Army became operational August 1, 1944. The show states that Patton was "activated" after the Battle of the Bulge which began in December 16, 1944. Patently untrue, as Patton was already fighting in Saarbrücken, He disengaged and swung the 3rd Army north to Bastogne in a remarkably short time (Patton had already had contingencies to do just that).
After FDR passes away, we hear that Truman becomes POTUS. Never is there any mention that Truman was a Captain of an artillery battery. In fact, Truman provided artillery support to then LTC George Patton during the Meuse-Argonne Offensive.
The clip showing what is supposed to be German soldiers blitzkrieging through France is actually a stock footage clip of American soldiers in combat (they are carrying a bazooka, and their equipment is obviously American, circa the 1940s)
Behind Stalin in one quick scene just before the Midway battle, a Diet Coke can is visible behind him on the desk. Diet Coke wasn't introduced until 1982
