I've mentioned in previous reviews that the character inconsistency in this series is out of control! And what was the point of rebecca's census to find out who's "useful" if she was just going to release a virus? She wouldnt have been able to control who dies or not. And didn't Jim come to the conclusion that the dome wanted him to stop killing in episode 1 of this season? And wasnt the reason for the dome sparring him because he finally came to the realization that he needed to stop killing? Yet here he is again ready to kill half the town? The writing just gets worse and worse in this series.
