- None of concern. Married characters can express to the player that they are thinking of having a child with their spouse. If accepted, they will inform the player after a few days that they have had a child. The "relationship to me" option acts as a safeguard in order to prevent incestuous relationships from occurring. Characters can also become grandparents, great grandparents etc.
Violence & Gore

- None of concern. Characters may fight with other characters by throwing items at them in a comical fashion.
Profanity

- None. Players may input profane words that can be repeated by other characters (though many are prevented by the 3DS's in-built language filter).

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Contains relationship conflict and marriage breakdown themes. User-generated characters can enter relationships, get married, and divorced. Characters become distraught upon the breakdown of a relationship, though food items and toys can be used to cheer them up. Characters may reconcile after some time has lapsed. Characters can also become "really, really mad" and refuse to resolve conflict with other characters.
- The mii characters can have nightmares, most of which are meant to be funny but some could be a little creepy for some players.
