In a quiet, sterile flat, a man is reading a book. His peace is disturbed by a baseball ball that breaks the window pane. A doorbell rings. Someone vigorously knocks on the door. To recover their ball, the boys will barge into the man's flat without permission. The ruthless man, in retaliation, will punish them in the most severe way. Economical with means of expression, albeit extremely powerful, Pest poses a question about the roots of violence and shows it as a sudden, direct and unconditional force.
