Already packed with a bunch of fan-favorite characters, MultiVersus is adding more of them to the roster. Intriguingly, they all share a common trait, madness. One of them, Banana Guard, is already doing the rounds on the internet, as an official character reveal trailer was released by the developers. It sure seems interesting.
The game is set for release later this month, but players have already caught a glimpse of it during the beta test. It seems to be a fun nostalgic ride, given the characters from fan-favorite animated series’ will be there.
MultiVersus Jason Should be Identical to The One we Saw on Family Guy
Warner Bros. has a long list of characters they can introduce in the game.
Up until now, MultiVersus had too many colors but the devs decided to put something dark to it. However, it would actually end up being more fun if there’s no gruesome element in there.

Robin Williams will always be remembered as one of the most prolific actors that Hollywood has ever seen. He was a one-of-a-kind performer, who stood apart with his performances, establishing himself as a comedy legend. Throughout his career, the actor has done a plethora of iconic films such as Aladdin, Good Will Hunting, Dead Poets Society, and many more.
Robin Williams in Dead Poets Society
The world remembered Williams as an outstanding performer, doing stand-up comedy, films, and TV shows. However, the Popeye actor would consider himself a gamer at heart as he was addicted to gaming, and he was a huge Cod and Counter-Strike fan. The actor would spend hours in front of the screen, as he not only found gaming to be relaxing but also quite deflating as he got humbled by an 11-year-old.

Spoiler Alert: This contains major spoilers for the finale of “RuPaul’s Drag Race.”
Banana fever reigns supreme after “RuPaul’s Drag Race” crowned America’s next drag superstar.
Season 16 winner Nymphia Wind snatched the crown from fellow finalists Plane Jane and Sapphira Cristál. With her win, Nymphia makes “Drag Race” history as the first-ever Taiwanese queen and the third Api winner, following in the footsteps of Season 3’s winner Raja and Season 15 queen Sasha Colby.
In a final lip sync battle, the 28-year-old had the edge with her dance moves and lip-syncing against Sapphira as they performed to Kylie Minogue’s “Padam Padam.”
Crowned America’s next drag superstar, Nymphia told the audience: “To those who don’t feel like they don’t belong, just remember to live fearlessly and have courage to live your truth.” She added, “Taiwan, this is for you.”

The most popular Battle Royale ever keeps betting on adding new content almost weekly. Fortnite has a lot of things planned for tomorrow. Apparently, Fortnite will add things like Avatar Korra content and quests, and Midas will also have the addition of a mythic weapon.
Fans are very excited about this content with collaborations for Lego and even the clothing brand Nike. The protagonists of the season, the gods, will have new and extraordinary styles that are not part of the common battle pass. This leaks 80% of the time and ends up being real, especially with Fortnite.

“RuPaul’s Drag Race” is growing up before our eyes — her Sweet Sixteen season is scheduled to debut on January 5, 2024 on MTV. This time around, the ages of the 14 drag queens range from 24 to 34. They come from every corner of the U.S. — from New York to Florida to California — with one being born in Mexico and another hailing from Taiwan. Note that the winning contestant who survives all of the “sashay aways” will take home an eyebrow-plucking $200,000 grand prize.
Host RuPaul Charles is once again joined on the judges’ panel by Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley, Ross Mathews and Ts Madison. In a new twist, this cycle will allow the participants to rank each other’s challenge performances in a “Rate-a-Queen” segment, and that will determine how they’ll all be sorted into the tops and the bottoms of the week.

“RuPaul’s Drag Race” has reached her sweet 16.
The Emmy-winning reality competition series — which returns to MTV for its 16th season on Jan. 5 — revealed the 14 new drag queens competing for the $200,000 grand prize and the title of America’s next drag superstar on Wednesday.
The two-part series premiere will feature the queens showing off their stuff in the annual talent show, which has become a mainstay on the series. This year, however, the show — which will be themed separately for MTV’s Spring Break and the “Queen Choice Awards” — will feature a new twist in the competition: “Rate-a-Queen.” After the performances have ended, the contestants must rank their fellow queens’ performances to determine the tops and bottoms of the week.
The aftershow “RuPaul’s Drag Race: Untucked” is also returning, airing immediately following the series.

No two sketches on I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson are alike. That’s been the case through the first two seasons of this Netflix series and it remains true in season 3.
Sure, there are some recurring elements. In any given sketch, Robinson’s character is likely to raise his voice, break important social norms, and alienate the folks around him. But the real appeal of Robinson’s superb sketch comedy vehicle is how you’ll never guess the truly wild directions each joke will spin off to.
In season 3 alone: photos of cigars somehow lead into a ponytail past the anus, professional wrestlers’ penises explode, and 40 eggs end up equaling one egg. Like we did with season 2, we decided to rank every single sketch from I Think You Should Leave season 3’s five episodes (which feature 27 total sketches).
Enjoy and let us know what we got wrong!

If ever a play had good reason to front-load itself with exposition, Good Night, Oscar is it. Once among America’s premiere wits and raconteurs, Oscar Levant has gone the way of many another once-famous wits and raconteurs. Which is to say, he needs lots of exposition.
Good Night, Oscar, the new bio-play by Doug Wright (I Am My Own Wife) starring Sean Hayes (Will & Grace) as Levant, goes a long way in introducing this long-ago talk-show staple to modern audiences. Whether it justifies the effort is considerably less certain.
A talented pianist and occasional second-banana movie actor, Levant is better known today for his frequent talk- and game-show appearances of the 1950s and ’60s, his aptitude for the improvised zinger and no-holds-barred confessional humor making him a sought-after, if controversial, Golden Age presence. Others would follow in his wake – the Gore Vidals and Truman Capotes and Phyllis Newmans, but Levant was first.

Some new faces are heading to Westeros, as HBO has revealed four cast members joining “House of the Dragon” Season 2. Among the additions are some new power players in the Hightower and Strong houses.
Gayle Rankin will play Alys Rivers, a healer and resident of Harrenhal. In author George R.R. The story behind the rise of Viagra is getting a TV feature treatment for the BBC.
Written by Matthew Barry (Industry, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina) and exec produced by Russell T. Davies (Doctor Who, It’s a Sin, Years and Years), Men Up comes from Quay Street Productions (behind Davies recent drama Nolly and founded by Nicola Shindler, who exec produced It’s a Sin) and Boom.
Men Up is inspired by the true story of one of the world’s first medical trials for what would become the now world-famous drug, which were held in Swansea’s Morriston Hospital in Wales in 1994.
The cast includes Iwan Rheon (Game of Thrones, Misfits, Riviera), Aneurin Barnard (Dunkirk, The Pact), Alexandra Roach (Killing Eve, Sanditon, No Offence), Phaldut Sharma (Sherwood, Romantic Getaway), Paul Rhys (A Discovery of Witches, Rellick), Steffan Rhodri (House of the Dragon, Temple), Mark Lewis Jones (Gangs of London, The Phantom of the Open...

The BBC is making a feature-length drama about the remarkable true story of one of the world’s first medical trials for the drug that became Viagra, which once again pairs It’s A Sin’s Russell T. Davies with Nicola Shindler.
Shindler’s Quay Street and Welsh indie Boom are behind Men Up, starring the likes of Iwan Rheon, Aneurin Barnard, Alexandra Roach and Steffan Rhodri (House of the Dragon), and penned by Matthew Barry. Davies and Shindler are EPs.
Years before the little blue pill changed the lives for millions across the globe, a group of ordinary middle-aged Welsh men underwent the extraordinary, taking part in one of the first clinical trials for an unknown drug which later became Viagra. This group of men had one thing in common: impotency, and were living their lives drowned in shame and silence before being offered a lifeline.

May on the Criterion Channel will be good to the auteurs. In fact they’re giving Richard Linklater better treatment than the distributor of his last film, with a 13-title retrospective mixing usual suspects—the Before trilogy, Boyhood, Slacker—with some truly off the beaten track. There’s a few shorts I haven’t seen but most intriguing is Heads I Win/Tails You Lose, the only available description of which calls it a four-hour (!) piece “edited together by Richard Linklater in 1991 from film countdowns and tail leaders from films submitted to the Austin Film Society in Austin, Texas from 1987 to 1990. It is Linklater’s tribute to the film countdown, used by many projectionists over the years to cue one reel of film after another when switching to another reel on another projector during projection.” Pair that with 2008’s Inning by Inning: A Portrait of a Coach and your completionism will be on-track.

“The Masked Singer” season 6 is jus episodes from revealing the winner. Vying in the final against the Bull is one of our all-time favorites, the Queen of Hearts. She won us over in the premiere and she has sailed through the competition since then. “The Masked Singer” season 6 is about to crown the champion. There are only two contestants — Bull and Queen of Hearts — still in contention to win the Golden Mask. They go head-to-head in the two-hour finale on December 15.
Bull won the Group A finale on Dec. 1, when Skunk was sent home by the four judges. She was unmasked by host Nick Cannon to be R&b singer Faith Evans. Queen of Hearts secured her slot in the Group B finale last Wednesday after the double act Banana Split was peeled open and revealed to be record producer David Foster and his wife Katharine McPhee.
We had nailed their names and are just as confident in our guesses as to the true identities of the two finalists. We’ve catalogued “The Masked Singer” spoilers for season 6 in the photo gallery above. Take a scroll through if you want to see the names...

We love “The Masked Singer” and are thrilled that another set of famous faces is paired up in season 6, disguised this time as Banana Split. In season 4, we had the Snow Owls (who turned out to be husband and wife Clint Black and Lisa Hartman) and in season 5 the Russian Dolls were revealed to be the Hanson brothers.
The duo that is hidden inside the Banana Split costume first performed on the September 29 episode of “The Masked Singer,” made their second appearance on the October 13 episode and returned to compete again on November 3. That last performance earned them a place in the Group B semifinal on November 17 where they edged out Caterpillar and Mallard for a spot in the final. After eight weeks of competition and over three dozen thrilling performances, Season 6 of “The Masked Singer” has reached the Final 4. For the first time ever, each quirky character will go head-to-head against their biggest rival when Bull faces Skunk in the Group A final on December 1 and Banana Split takes on Queen of Hearts in the Group B final on December 8. The winner of each group will then compete against each other for the first time in the season finale on December 15 before host Nick Cannon announces the winner.
Panelists Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong and Nicole Scherzinger will continue to decipher the clues in hopes of naming each disguised celebrity before they’re forced to unmask in front of America. The contestants this season have a combined 85 Grammy nominations, 27 Grammy wins, 12 Emmy nominations, 12 Razzie Award nominations, three Academy Award nominations, two Super Bowl appearances and two lifetime achievement awards.

Why isn’t “The Masked Singer” on tonight, Wednesday, November 24? Due to the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend, the Group A Finals will take place next week instead, on Wednesday, December 1. That’s when Bull and Skunk will compete against each other to win a spot in the Season 6 finale. (Fox’s “Alter Ego” is also delayed for one week.) Unlike past editions of “Tms,” this season’s two groups have been kept completely apart from each other, so much so that they won’t meet up until the final episode — that’s when the winner of the Group A Finals (Bull or Skunk) will compete against the winner of the Group B Finals (Queen of Hearts or Banana Split).

Mallard was the first costumed crooner to reveal himself as “Duck Dynasty” reality TV Star Willie Robertson. His performance of “Fly” by Sugar Ray wasn’t enough to advance the billed bird to the Group B finals.

“I felt comfortable being a mallard,” Willie admitted during his unmasked interview with host Nick Cannon. “When they said duck, I thought, yeah! It was just one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. The first night I thought, there is no way. Most of the people that you named, I’m friends with. So I was laughing a lot because I was like, ‘he’s gonna die when he finds out they thought I was him.

Just one week after Ken Jeong wasted the Take It Off buzzer on “The Masked Singer,” Jenny McCarthy followed in his unfortunate footsteps. “I’m so ashamed!” she exclaimed after she found out that her guess of Jake Gyllenhaal for the Caterpillar was dead wrong. As per the show’s rules, if a panelist presses the red button and their guess turns out to be incorrect, they will be “significantly punished.” Jenny’s punishment for the fiasco, explained host Nick Cannon, was to be Ken Jeong‘s personal housekeeper.

“She was so confident though, wasn’t she? ” Nick said with a laugh as Jenny screamed in anguish over her terrible guess. “Well, Jenny, because you got it wrong, you’re gonna have the worst punishment of your life. You have to clean Ken’s dressing room.

“The Masked Singer” is down to the final few episodes with the four remaining acts in Group B — Banana Split (a duo), Caterpillar, Mallard and Queen of Hearts — competing in the semi-final on November 17. Of these contenders for the Golden Mask. the Mallard is the one who looks like he is having the most fun. He made it through to this stage of the competition based on his performance on episode 7 of “Play Something Country” by Brooks & Dunn.
We are surprised that he has made it this far when the likes of Toni Braxton and Ruth Pointer have been sent home by the four judges. We’d figured out who they were before they were unmasked by host Nick Cannon.

In the fourth season of “The Masked Singer,” Clint Black and Lisa Hartman Black became the first duo ever to perform as a single costume, Snow Owls. The following season, the sibling boy band known as Hanson competed together as a trio of Russian Dolls. Neither act won the competition. (See the “Tms” winners list.) Now in Season 6, Banana Split is trying to do what the Blacks and the brothers couldn’t, by making history as the first duo/group to claim the “Masked Singer” trophy.

After sitting out last week, Group B made their debut on Wednesday night’s episode of “The Masked Singer.” The collection of disguised celebrities sang their hearts out, but it was Dalmatian that couldn’t hold his own and was forced to unmask following a performance of “Beautiful” by Snoop Dogg & Pharrell Williams. The spotted pup was revealed to be none other than hip-hop star Tyga.

There’s a simple answer to where you’ve seen most of 2020’s The Haunting of Bly Manor‘s cast before: in 2018’s The Haunting of Hill House. Writer-director Mike Flanagan has a resident company of actors with roles across several of his horror projects, as shown by the significant crossover between these two Netflix series alone. Victoria Pedretti, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, Henry Thomas and Katie Parker are just some of the familiar faces appearing in Flanagan’s new Henry James-inspired spooky series Bly Manor. And here’s what else this bunch is known for on screen.
Henry Thomas – Henry Wingrave
Thomas’ most famous role came at the age of 10 when he played young lead Elliott in Steven Spielberg’s 1982 blockbuster E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (see his terrific audition tape here). In recent years, Thomas has been a frequent collaborator with writer-director Mike Flanagan, playing the young Hugh Crain, father...

Welcome to September, ladies and gentlemen. With the summer coming to and end, the fall almost upon us, and the Covid-19 pandemic still very much impacting the industry, much is still up in the air. Such is life with the coronavirus holding up much of the film industry. As fitting this weird year, not much has changed since July when I looked at the best of the first half of the year. Mostly, this just means the best is (hopefully) still to come here. We shall see, but just keep in mind that the midpoint of 2020 has been somewhat of a holding pattern, for obvious reasons. Let’s get right down to it. Below you’ll find my top ten of the year so far, along with my awards for the first two thirds of 2020. Here you go folks, and enjoy: 10. Crshd 9. The Outpost 8. Buffaloed 7. Da 5 Bloods 6. The Invisible Man...

As we quickly approach the end of the month, things have been slowing down a bit as far as new content on Netflix is concerned. That’s to be expected, though, as most streaming sites usually drop the bulk of their new arrivals on the first of any given month, with the remaining days seeing smaller batches of new movies and shows being added.
Unfortunately, today is another somewhat slow day for the big N, as the platform has only brought us 4 new titles, consisting of 3 films and 1 TV show. That being said, it’s far from an underwhelming drop and there are at least a few things here that may catch your attention.
See below for the full list of what arrived today:
3 New Movies
Banana Split (2018) Double World (2019) Zookeeper (2011)
1 New TV Series
Shameless (Season 10)
Television-wise, your one and only option is season 10 of Shameless, though that’s far from a bad thing.

Puri’s “Coño” is a hard-nosed dance hit, the type of bass-heavy, reggaeton-leaning missile that could play in a drunken, sweaty club on four different continents. While the track initially came out in 2017, it has been an in-demand selection for TikTok videos recently — the most popular song on the app during the first week of July, according to the analytics company Chartmetric.
But if Puri walked into a mall overrun with avid TikTok users and started to do the “Coño” routine, it’s unlikely that anyone would recognize him as the man behind the song.

The Banana has lost his peel. The Masked Singer just said goodbye to another contestant after an episode of final face offs, and it was the Banana who bid adieu and removed his own head. While his first few appearances had some people convinced he was a comedian, the guesses soon turned to rockstar Bret Michaels, which is exactly who he turned out to be. And he was psyched to be on this show. "I gotta tell you, I would have done anything to get here," he said. "This is the most awesome show. I've never had such a great time." "Bret, did you choose to be a banana?" guest panelist Sharon Osbourne asked. "I did," said Bret Michaels....

Spoiler Alert: Do not read ahead if you have not watched Season 3, episode 12 of “The Masked Singer,” which aired April 15 on Fox.
“The Masked Singer” took a breather this week, airing a special sing-a-long edition featuring performances by the show’s “Mighty Seven” finalists. That means, at least for this week, that none of the disguised celebrities were unmasked.
The competition returns next week, but for now, viewers were treated to some of the most memorable performances from the first 11 episodes of Season 3 — a long with lyrics and a bouncing mask, for fans to sing along.
The special also contained new clue packages featuring the stars, highlighting a few of the hints that might solve who is under each mask. The sing-a-long special also included a number featuring all of the previously unmasked singers, as they performed a special goodbye medley of “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life.

We’re had to wait seven weeks to see the return of one of the best vocalists on season 3 of the “The Masked Singer”: the Turtle. He, along with the other Top 3 in Group A — the Kangaroo and the White Tiger — made the cut back on February 12. On the special two-hour edition of “The Masked Singer” on April 1, they competed along with the best of Group B and Group C.
Each is hoping to win enough votes from the studio audience to stay in the competition and make it to the quarter-finals. Of this Super 9, the Turtle is the one who has most confounded the four judges. The last time we saw the Kitty on “The Masked Singer” was when she discovered she was the last woman standing in Group B back on March 4. She, along with the two remaining men in Group B, Banana and Frog, returned to compete on the April 1 episode of “The Masked Singer.” They faced off against the top trio from each of Groups A and C.
This Super 9 is hoping to convince the studio audience and four judges that they deserve a spot in the quarter-finals. Unlike some of the competition, the Kitty could never be accused of caterwauling.
Indeed, she sounds just purr-fect to us. In her first appearance, she scored with her cover of “Dangerous Woman” by Ariana Grande. Then she made the country hit “Mercy” by Brett Young her own. Sticking with that genre, she then nailed “Mama’s Broken Heart” by Miranda Lambert.

The last time that the Frog competed on “The Masked Singer” was way back on March 4. His cover of the R&b classic “You Dropped a Bomb on Me” by The Gap Band earned him a spot in the Top 3 of Group B. He and the other two contenders from that group — Banana and Kitty — returned to the stage on the April 1 episode. They, along with the top 3 from each of Groups A and C, came together as the Super 9.
One of this array of talent is to be sent packing at the end of the special two-hour edition of “The Masked Singer.” While the Frog certainly does more than croak, he is not the strongest singer in the group. However, he is the best showman. And that could go a long way to winning over the studio audience and four judges.

Dylan Sprouse is well known for his role on Disney Channel's The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, but now he's dipping his toes in the rom-com genre with Banana Split. The film, which originally premiered at the La Film Festival in 2018, follows a young woman named April (Hannah Mark), who is reeling after breaking up with her longtime high school boyfriend, Nick (Sprouse). As she tries to process her emotions the summer after graduation, things take an interesting turn when she eventually meets and befriends his new girlfriend, Clara (Liana Liberato), at a party.
Not only is the plot a twist on the classic rom-com trope, but it's loosely based on a true story. The film's lead star Hannah Marks cowrote the script with Benjamin Kasulke about a real-life experience she had, which helped Sprouse construct his character. Few genres are as beholden to tropes than the romantic comedy, which has long traded in predictable patterns, both the good and the very bad (pitting so-called friends against each other in service to new relationships). The path to love never did run smooth, but too many love stories seem to delight in running over people on the way to eternal bliss. It’s a trope that’s been used as plot and as a dirty little garnish, always fortifying the most basic and bland of lessons: Romantic love is more important than anything else.
It’s a trope long due for a refresher. One way: jettison the emphasis on romantic love and lean into the value of friendship, a twist that’s been used to great effect in “Booksmart” and “For a Good Time, Call.” Both films placed a premium on the platonic Bff-ships and use the rom-com structure...

“The Masked Singer” panel is now two for seven after Wednesday night’s episode when they failed to guess that former Alaska governor and vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin was hiding beneath the Bear suit.”The bear was part of my nickname growing up,” Palin revealed in her end-of-show interview with host Nick Cannon. “The whole mama bear thing, they’re in Alaska and there’s a bear in our front yard!” Watch her surprising performance of Sir Mix-a-Lot‘s “Baby Got Back” above.
For their final guesses, Nicole Scherzinger picked actress Christina Applegate while Robin Thicke ironically thought it was longtime Palin impersonator Tina Fey. Jenny McCarthy and Ken Jeong guessed a couple of “Full House” actresses in Candace Cameron-Bure and Jodie Sweetin, respectively.
