In earlier version of Jamie's beating, Randall rips Jenny's clothing to bare her breasts and down to her waist. But in later memories by Jamie, but especially when Jenny tells what happened with Randall at Jamie's request, her clothes seem fairly intact (she looks covered with a white top), especially after she falls onto the floor. It's also noticeable when she says "when I woke up he was gone".
When Clare goes up to the Lairds room at Lallybroch to change she is wearing something that exposes both arms. In the previous episode she showed Jamie her vaccination scar, but in this episode there is nothing on either of her arms.
Claire wakes to the sound of a crackling fire. Crackling only happens when there is moisture in the wood. By morning all the moisture would be long gone and the fire reduced to glowing embers. It would make no sound.
In the prior episode Claire revealed her birthday as October 20, 1918, and when Jamie asks her age a few days later Claire says she is 27 years old, which means she would have gone through the stones after her birthday in 1945. Six weeks after her disappearance in 1945 the information sheet on Claire that is tacked on the police bulletin board states that she is 28 years old. Either the police can't do math, or Frank gave them inaccurate information.
