Critical Role gave fans a first look at the character art for upcoming Amazon original animated series “The Legend of Vox Machina,” created by Emmy-winning artist, animator and designer Phil Bourassa.

The 47th Annual Annie Awards nominations were led by Disney blockbuster sequel “Frozen 2” and Laika’s Yeti adventure “Missing Link” with eight nominations apiece, followed by Netflix’s “Klaus” with seven and DreamWorks’ “How to Train Your Dragon: Hidden World” and Pixar’s “Toy Story 4” with six, which all landed Best Feature nominations. Disney’s uber-successful franchises are the ones to look out for at the 47th annual Annie Awards with Frozen 2 and Toy Story 4 earning eight and six nominations respectively. The same is the case for “Family Man,” a new Amazon Original series which, according to the streaming giant, tells the story of a middle-class man who works for a special cell of the National Investigation Agency.

Nominations for the 46th annual Annie Awards were announced on Dec. 3, 2018 and winners will be revealed on Feb. 2, 2018 at UCLA’s Royce Hall in Los Angeles, California. In nominations announced on Monday morning by Asifa-Hollywood, Brad Bird’s “Incredibles 2,” a Pixar Animation Studios film, landed 11 nominations, including Best Animated Feature, Best Directing in an Animated Feature Production and Best Writing in an Animated Feature Production. Phil Johnston and Rich Moore’s “Ralph Breaks the Internet,” from Walt Disney Animation Studios, received 10 nominations.
Aardman Animation’s “Early Man” and Sony Pictures Animation’s “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” each received seven nominations, while Wes Anderson’s “Isle of Dogs” received four.

Amazon Prime Video has confirmed that several of its original shows will be debuting new episodes on the streaming service in December, including the second season of the Emmy-winning comedy “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” and the lavish costume drama “Vanity Fair.”
Likewise, there will be plenty of movies making their first appearances on Amazon Prime Video including those featuring Oscar-winning turns by Kevin Kline (“A Fish Called Wanda”) and Timothy Hutton (“Ordinary People”).
Unlike Netflix, Amazon does not disclose the shows and movies leaving the service in any given month. We’ve done some digging and unearthed a few titles that will be exiting Amazon Prime Video in the first week of December. News of these is detailed at the bottom of this post.

July 21 just got even bigger for fans of Niko and the Sword of Light.
Not only does Amazon's all-new Niko and the Sword animated series launch on Prime Video on the 21st, but Amazon has now announced that fans can rev up to watch the series by enjoying an original Niko and the Sword of Light comic book -- for free. Launching the same day as the series, the comic book will be available as a free digital download exclusively on Comixology.

Three are being made for children -- Danger & Eggs, If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, and Niko and the Sword of Light -- while the other five are aimed at an adult audience -- Highston, One Mississippi, Z: The Beginning of Everything, Good Girls Revolt, and Patriot.

Amazon have confirmed that its TV series adaptation of Philip K. Dick's Hugo Award-winning 1962 alternative history novel "The Man in the High Castle" has scored a second season renewal.
Ten new episodes will screen on the streaming service in 2016. That was just the start of a busy day of renewals for the streaming service which also renewed the Ron Perlman-led "Hand of God," the coming-of-age comedy "Red Oaks" and the kid's show "Tumble Leaf".
The company has also handed out series orders to "Highston," "One Mississippi," "Z: The Beginning of Everything," "Good Girls Revolt" and "Patriot" as well as children's series "Danger & Eggs," "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" and "Niko and the Sword of Light".
