- Most need to note that nearly all the violence in this movie is implied and to cgi animals. This movie can be sad at times but also has lots of comedy that makes it not as bothersome as most say. The "disturbing" content is more fitting for a moderate

Sex & Nudity
- Halfway through the movie, a animal is "forced to mate with" another animal. While there are no visuals, except for a brief POV screen of the animal on top of her, audio of the animal's cry can be heard for 2-3 minutes.
- Okja is forced to mate with another superpig. This event is caused to happen by her human captors. It happens offscreen but is shown in clips on computer screens. Very disturbing.
Violence & Gore
- Following the meat processing scene near the end of the movie. A super-pig is graphically beheaded in a slaughtering machine. Although the scene was not bloody, the imagery is likely to be considered disturbing.
- Okja is brutally tortured and experimented on for meat

- A character is visibly drunk and tries to feed Okja some of his beer while he is torturing her
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The end is rather distressing as it involves superpigs like Okja being slaughtered to be turned into meat.
- There are scenes involving animal abuse. Okja is stabbed with a device that extracts muscle fibers to be made into meat. The torment upon the character's face as he does this is visible, this scene may be depressing to viewers.
