Spoilers
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- One of the characters works as a bartender in the beginning of the show, and is later shown to be an alcoholic, as well as showing scenes of him going to an alcoholics anonymous group session multiple times.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The main character is shown to suffer from various mental illnesses and disorders, including anxiety, depression and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
- In the third season the main character suffers from a breakdown where she contemplates suicide and then eventually attempts to commit suicide and is unsuccessful. This might be intense and triggering for survivors of suicide attempts. The show does handle it incredibly well and shows her recovering and getting the help she needs.
