XXX ready for the Lifetime channel

I've watched dozens of the Sweet Sinner naturalistic sex videos recently, and appreciated their different point-of-view, aimed at a female audience which has been courted (largely unsuccessfully) by the porn industry since the mid-1970s "porno chic" craze. This new release is an excellent attempt which women should sample.

The May/Decmeber romance format has been perfected by writer Nica Noelle and director James Avalon, and it doesn't hurt that industry icon Veronica Hart is production manager on the shoot. A master (mistress) of the genre Ariella Ferrera encores as the mom, whose friend Alana Evans moves back to the neighborhood. Both have grown sons and the foursome have two reunion dinners to get reacquainted.

The camaraderie of all is infectious and the small-talk dialog believable, as the template for the porn label's trademark four lengthy sex scenes. There is a cheerful, matter-of-fact tone as the two generations pair off and have sex, without the drama or recriminations and hang- ups usually associated with such sex among familiars.

This particular series does not involve the incest taboo which motivates the lion's share of these popular porn exercises, and the video in question benefits from natural, sensual and erotic performance by all. The fact that both female leads are famous from their lesbian roles on screen is interesting but proves to be irrelevant as their versatility is evident.

For contrast to the buxom stars a third female protagonist is introduced, namely young and innocent looking blonde Samantha Rone, who services horny Xander Corvus, Evans' son. (Rone is a graduate of the female bondage fetish genre.) Corvus returns in the final segment to hump his mom's friend Ariella for a satisfying finale, after mom Alana has her way with Ferrera's son Tyler Nixon and Ferrera gets a booty call on request from Steven St. Croix.

The explicit sex makes this a no-no for Lifetime, Oxygen or other women-oriented cable channels, but I think the Sweet SInner team demonstrates here that they are ready for prime time.

I knew the late porn pioneer Chuck Vincent quite well in the '80s, and he was enthusiastic about transitioning from hardcore porn to a series of mainstream (hard-R) films bankrolled by the Playboy Channel and Vestron (latter of DIRTY DANCING fame). Chuck cast the same talent in his new projects (for example the beautiful XXX star Tracey Adams), and I believe Lifetime and its peers should take a long look at this MOTHER EXCHANGE and perhaps contract with the Sweet Sinner team to make soft-X features with the proved performers on display here.

It may sound like an outlandish suggestion, but most of cable original programming that wins big audiences and critical awards today would have been considered nothing more than soft porn content back in the '60s and '70s. Martin Scorsese's first film was soft porn and he evolved all the way to the soft porn hit THE WOLF OF WALL STREET (though his fans and apologists would not agree with my characterization of it as such).
