Chicago, Ill: Dario Resta of Italy, shatters all automobile records between 200 and 500 miles by driving his Peugeot car at an average speed of 97.6 miles an hour in the 500-mile race in new Speedway Park. Folkestone, England: So well organized is the hospital transport service in the British Army that soldiers are landed here within 24 hours of being wounded at the front in Flanders.
