I love indie arty music laden family dynamic films like this!

It's much more real than typical Hollywood films, out of the cookie cutter mold, so keep an open mind and go along for this lighthearted fun ride. This is what makes indie films so fun, they don't have to conform, but can extend the boundaries and try fun unique methods of storytelling. I found the characters to be relatable and enjoyable. Yes, I'm the target audience for this film as I'm mid life and love artsy music laded things.

quirky, charming indie

Jude Klassen is a delight! She brings this indie to life, charming the audience, and making you forget that this is indeed a low budget production. The film is funny, the style innovative and the music is great. I recommend you check it out!

Silly, Fun, Poignant

It's like your favorite classic slice-of-life movie travels to the future, does acid, changes gender, and sings punk rock show tunes. But it's not all romp. It also has some really sweet moments about difficult issues like love, and the legacy of ecological destruction we are leaving behind for our children. Love in the Sixth is every reason I love indie cinema. Give it some breathing room, and you'll love it too. The musical numbers are great, the acting is real, and Jude Klassen, that gorgeous dish, is charming, brilliant, and side-splittingly funny.

A Fantastic Musical Film About Relationships, Life, The Planet

The first thing I noticed about Love in the Sixth is the amazing music. The score is superb. Think punk, pop, quirky, unique vibes. Jude Klassen is the writer, director, star, and also a main musical talent (writing and singing). She's got charisma and luckily the rest of the cast does as well. Plus, it's really funny. Also poignant at times. You'll enjoy the journey which isn't quite like anything you've seen anywhere else. There's an overarching story line about relationships gone bad, and how we messy humans make sense of it all (if we do). I love that Jude brings her personal style and experiences into the film. This movie rocks (and punks).
