When the two bodyguards of the Director are running down a ramp to stop the Director from being taken by Reddington, there is a black man wearing a beanie standing against the wall as they run to the street. When the camera view changes to a view from the street toward the ramp, the black man is no longer there.
When Liz is released, she is given a Montana driver license in a fake identity. Since possessing that is illegal, the government would not return it to her. This would be similar to her being given back illegal drugs that had been in her possession upon arrest.
Liz is shown on a news telecast as being exonerated. In fact, she was only partially exonerated. She received probation for one of the charges.
The Dutch house shown does not represent the situation in Holland. The language spoken also does not represent actual Dutch. Dutch is spoken in a broken way. Dress code looks more like traditional Dutch clothing instead of clothing worn at a Dutch farm. Looks of the people are outdated.
Liz is absolved of all federal charges except for ganking the AG, for which she is given probation. No mention is made of her shooting the local law enforcement officer. It could and would be tried under state law, where the corrupt federal government could not influence the charges being filed.
It makes no sense for the Director and indeed the Cabal to tie themselves in knots just to eliminate Liz when all they had to do was use their proven capability to target anybody with a highly specific genetically manipulated virus that will spread from person to person but kill only the intended target, or at most them and some close relatives with the same genetic markers. All they had to do was make the Liz-killer virus and infect some suitable person as a vector, then wait until the infection spreads to Liz.
