Nice to have the footage and interviews, but that's about it

Behr's style of reasoning is the tabloid style. Journalistic, far from literary, not very connected with the history, but with a real strong wish to go to the extreme. Simply, a way to sell a story with not much regard for the actual story. The work to gather all the data is commendable. And both the footage and the heavily edited interviews are nice. Probably it would have been far better to let the people talk, but that is beyond the horizon for the makers of this documentary. So the national propaganda made Ceausescu an angel? Behr is going to make him a devil. Was Ceausescu revered as very intelligent? Behr wants to point out he was an idiot. And so on. What makes the whole enterprise hilarious is Behr's disrespect for the people involved. Behr not only pronounces badly all the names, but he also changes the names of some. So, nice try. Hopefully somebody would retrieve the whole footage and interviews and make a better documentary.
