- Del Matthew Bigtree: So I had sent you what William Thompson has said is the fraud of the CDC, all that data that was missing. Did you get a chance to really look it over?
- Rachael Ross: It's... uhm... it's really unbelievable, how blatantly the data were switched around. It made me question whether or not this organization that's been mandating how I practice medicine... well, if they're lying about this, and leaving data out of this particular study, *what else am I being lied to about?*
- [last lines]
- Jim Sears: There is a national emergency.
- Stephanie Seneff: I mean this is going to be a complete catastrophe, if we let it happen.
- Del Matthew Bigtree: What will you say, the next time a mother's sitting there with her baby and asks you, "So., Dr. Rachel, is the MMR vaccine safe?"
- Rachael Ross: Hmm. What can I tell her? I'll say, "Honestly... I'm *not* going to give the MMR vaccine to *my* babies, and here's why..."
- Brandy Vaughan: It's a highly profitable product, because the safety testing isn't as vigorous as for a pharmaceutical drug. The gold standard is double-blind placebo-controlled long-term study, and that just isn't done with vaccines as they are classified in a different way, as a 'public health measure'. And they haven't been tested in combination with other vaccines. Yet doctors give six to nine doses per visit. - *It's insane*.
- Brian Hooker: These children have been maimed by the actions of Coleen Boyle, Frank DeStefano, Marshalyn Yeargin-Allsopp, and Thania Bhasin. My son has been debilitated for 17 years. I think jail time is too good for these individuals who have perpetrated such fraud.
- Dr. William Thompson: [to Brian Hooker, on the phone, recorded without his knowledge] I want to be a resource. I want to be valuable to you. I want you to have someone inside the system.
- Dr. Thompson: [voice over typing on a keyboard] I have waited a long time to tell my story, and I want to tell it truthfully. I was involved in deceiving millions of taxpayers about the potential negative side-effects of vaccines. We lied about the scientific findings. The CDC can no longer be trusted to do vaccine safety work, can't be trusted to be transparent. The CDC can't be trusted to police itself. Just a few thoughts. - William W. Thompson, senior scientist, US Centers for Disease Control & Prevention
- Dr. William Thompson: [on the phone, recorded without his knowledge] The CDC has put the research 10 years behind. Because the CDC has not been transparent, we've missed 10 years of research because the CDC is so, uhm... paralyzed right now, by anything related to autism.
- Andrew Wakefield: [back in 1995] I knew nothing whatsoever about autism. When I was in medical school, it was so rare, we weren't taught about it.
- Jonathan Tommey: [after the overwhelming reaction to the program on Autism aired on LWT] It was Polly's idea to put all the information together in the form of a magazine, called "The Autism File".
- Polly Tommey: So that parents could ask questions and maybe someone can help.
- Jonathan Tommey: These questions by these parents were not being answered by the doctors they went to see. They came to us out of desperation. And we had 45,000 subscribers within four months
- Stephanie Seneff: Every couple of years the CDC provides a number of what percentage of kids are diagnosed with autism, and these dots go all the way back to 1975, and when you draw the line it's a perfectly exponential curve. If we'd assume things are going to continue into the future as they have in the past 30 years, we can predict that by 2032 80% of the boys born end up on autism spectrum. Half the children and 80% of the boys.
- News anchor: A bill requiring children to be vaccinated has passed with bipartisan support. Every child must meet immunization standards before joining public schools, private schools, or day-care.
- Mark F. Blaxill: We have to accept that autism is new. Before 1930, the rate of autism was effectively zero. And for a long time it was one in 10,000.
- Jonathan Tommey: [referring to a program on Autism on London Weekend Television] The program was aired and we received 250,000 emails.
- Polly Tommey: Computers were kind of new then. We had set up a website, but our computer crashed. The TV station's computer crashed. They had never seen anything like this before. The parents had exactly the same story as us.
- Andrew Wakefield: All I recommended at that press conference was that parents opt for the use of *single* vaccines, single measles, single mumps, single rubella, until the issue had been resolved. What happened then, unilateral decisions were made by the government of the UK to withdraw the importation license for the single vaccines, and Merck opted in the US to stop the production of the single vaccines, giving parents no option. I said to a senior representative of the Department of Health, "Why - if your objective is to protect children from serious infectious disease - why would you take away the option from the parents to do that?" And she said, "Because, if we'd allow parents the choice of single vaccines, this would destroy our MMR program." In other words, the concern was for the protection of the program over and above protection of children.
- closing title card: In the USA every 7 minutes another child is diagnosed with autism.
- closing title card: For the sake of our children, please contact your Representatives and demand...
- closing title card: 1. that Congress subpoena Dr. William Thompson and investigate the CDC's fraud. -- 2. that Congress repeal the Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 and the producers of vaccines be held accountable for any injuries incurred. -- 3. that single-dose vaccines against measles, mumps, and rubella be made available immediately. -- 4. that all vaccines be classified as pharmaceuticals and be tested accordingly.
- closing title card: Frank Destefano, Coleen Boyle, Marshalyn Yeargin-Allsopp, Thania Bhasin, Walter Orenstein, and Julie Gerberding were all invited to participate in this film. They all refused.
- Andrew Wakefield: In 1987, there was an MMR vaccine that was being used in Canada, produced by Smithkline Beecham; and that vaccine caused meningitis. This was recognized quickly, and that vaccine was withdrawn in Canada. However, in the same month it was withdrawn in Ontario, it was licensed in the UK. Its name was simply changed from Trivirix to Pluserix. In the UK it was used for four years, and likewise it caused meningitis, and had to be rapidly withdrawn. There was a public outcry and a loss of confidence by the public in the vaccine policy makers. The vaccine should, at this point, have been destroyed. It wasn't. It was then shipped to developing countries, like Brazil, where it was used in a mass vaccination campaign. And there was an epidemic of meningitis, which was entirely predictable.
- Brian Hooker: [about his son] Two weeks after his 15-month vaccines he lost all language. He lost all eye-contact. You'd pick him up, and he'd just hang limp.
- Del Matthew Bigtree: Deviation from analyses plan, omission of crucial data, destruction of documents, obstruction of justice, misleading the Congress, grievous harm to innocent children - *this has to be investigated.*
- Narrator of clip from the Canary Party: Do vaccines cause autism? In the last 30 years, the childhood vaccine schedule has tripled, while the US autism rate has skyrocketed, from one in 10,000 to one in 50.
- Jim Sears: Everything I've been telling my patients for 10 years has been based on a lie and a cover-up.

- Brandy Vaughan: If a pharmaceutical drug were tested like this, it wouldn't be on the market. But because it's a vaccine, safety testing is less vigorous, and our children are experimented on.
