- Some of the outfits in this game are very skimpy and revealing. Swimsuits can be unlocked for all characters, while other outfits show off a lot of cleavage or have very short skirts that lead to occasional panty shots. The most suggestive outfit is Meiko's Blue Crystal outfit, which features an unbuttoned top that reveals her bare breasts being covered by a belt.
- During Amazing Dolce, Meiko shakes her breasts, which the camera focuses on as a comical sound effect plays.
- Some of the songs contain suggestive lyrics, though they are sung in Japanese and have English subtitles. Holy Lance Explosion Boy and the Quirky Medley have the most suggestive lyrics.
