Felicity Smoak : This is so completely unfair.
John Diggle : Yeah, seems to be a lot of that going around lately. So, you got Oliver's girlfriend fired?
Felicity Smoak : He told you? Of course he told you. Well, did he also tell you it was a mistake? I mean, on my part at least.
John Diggle : Felicity...
Felicity Smoak : I'm putting the toothpaste back in the tube, okay?
John Diggle : And how is that going?
Felicity Smoak : Well...
John Diggle : Felicity, what's going on with you?
Felicity Smoak : What do you mean?
John Diggle : This week it was Oliver's girlfriend. Last month, he tells me you're getting involved in some stuff you shouldn't be involved in?
Felicity Smoak : Well, that is a matter of perspective considering that that "stuff" helped get *you* out of prison, and General Walker's gunsights.
John Diggle : What're you talking about?
John Diggle : [Felicity opens up Pandora files] Pandora?
Felicity Smoak : It's a data cache compiled by a group of hacktivists called Helix. They collect electronic dirt on literally billions of people, including General Walker, so when I asked for it to get you off, they... That's a bad choice of words... They gave me the whole package.
John Diggle : And you're still in bed with these people?
Felicity Smoak : What? You make it sound like it's a bad thing. Pandora's just a tool.
John Diggle : [Scoffing] Sounds to me like this could be a weapon.
Felicity Smoak : Okay, and is there a problem if it is?
John Diggle : It depends, Felicity.
Felicity Smoak : On what?
John Diggle : On how you use it.

Reporter : [On TV] News of the cover-up sent shockwaves through City Hall, forcing Council members into enacting a rarely-used impeachment clause. Mayor Oliver Queen's administration might be over.
Felicity Smoak : [Felicity mutes the TV] That woman never reports the news.
Oliver Queen : [Oliver walks in] It'll work out. I'm just waiting for my opening
Felicity Smoak : There's that optimism again.
Oliver Queen : Chase is re presenting me, so I'm gonna beat this.
[Deep breath]
Oliver Queen : How are we doing with the data pull from Prometheus' mother's house?
Felicity Smoak : The sniffer pulled about a petabyte worth of data. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack, but I am working on it.
Oliver Queen : Good. There's something else that I could use your help with.
Felicity Smoak : Okay.
Oliver Queen : Susan Williams.
Felicity Smoak : Oh.
Oliver Queen : She's not returning my calls.
Felicity Smoak : Am I really the best person to come to or love-life advice?
Oliver Queen : Well, she's not returning my calls since you and Thea got her fired.
Felicity Smoak : Well, in my defense, I didn't know that was gonna be Thea's play.
Oliver Queen : I know, but I still need your help because Thea is not budging.
Felicity Smoak : Look, I know how severely problematic what I'm about to say is, but Susan is your girlfriend, so if anyone is going to fix it, I think it has to be you.
Oliver Queen : I'm trying, but like I said, she's not returning my calls, and you may have noticed, I'm sort of facing impeachment this week.
Felicity Smoak : Okay... Yeah, I'll do my best.
Oliver Queen : Thank you very much.
Felicity Smoak : [Oliver starts to walk off. Felicity gently grabs his arm and he spins back to face her] Um, for what it's worth, and everything I know about politics I got from Keepin' It 1600, but I do think you're gonna beat this thing.
Oliver Queen : What makes you so sure?
Felicity Smoak : To Star City, Mayor Oliver Queen is a hero.
-
John Diggle : Hey, Oliver's out of the hospital and headed to City Hall. Any word from Dinah?
Felicity Smoak : Um, she's at the precinct trying to recover that piece of Vigilante's visor.
John Diggle : What about you, Felicity? And don't tell me that it's traffic cams; we both know there on autopilot.
Felicity Smoak : I sent Thea something to sway Councilman Kullens. Apparently, he's the swing vote on Oliver's impeachment.
John Diggle : Pandora?
Felicity Smoak : Officially, his wife died in a car crash... Unofficially, she crashed the car on purpose.
John Diggle : Suicide?
Felicity Smoak : He used his clout to cover it up, so I'm guessing he's not gonna want it uncovered.
John Diggle : And you are okay with this, right?
Felicity Smoak : I think the city needs Oliver to keep being Mayor.
John Diggle : Felicity, Kullens is not a criminal; he's a human being.
Felicity Smoak : He's a politician--that's hardly the same thing.
John Diggle : A human being that went through a very tragic accident... A very private one. Come on, this isn't you.
Felicity Smoak : Well, it pretty much is.
John Diggle : [sighing] Okay, do you know what your superpower is?
Felicity Smoak : Computers?
John Diggle : Empathy. Big reflexive, pure empathy.
Felicity Smoak : Well, maybe I'm fresh out.
John Diggle : Because of Billy.
Felicity Smoak : It's a dark world... And for the past four years, I have watched you and Oliver and Laurel and Thea and Roy... I've watched all of you use a little darkness to fight it.
John Diggle : That's true. Sometimes, we do fight fire with fire, but every time we do, Felicity... Every single time, we risk being burned.
-
Felicity Smoak : Vigilante changes artillery supplier every week. Every lead goes cold. We could really use a break right about now.
Dinah Drake : [On Comms] I think I got something.
Felicity Smoak : Yes! I totally manifested that. What do you got?
Dinah Drake : When my sonic cry hit Vigilante, it knocked off a small piece of his visor. It looks like it's lined with some kind of circuitry.
Felicity Smoak : Well that means it's manufactured. I think I can link it back to where he bought it from.
Curtis Holt : I think I can do you one better. My T-Spheres can actually track the tech to the individual user.
Rene Ramirez : Except they won't be ready till the iPhone 16 is released...
Curtis Holt : Ye of little faith...
Dinah Drake : [On Comms] What's a T-Sphere?
Rene Ramirez : Curtis' balls.
Curtis Holt : They're something really fascinating and of my own personal invention. I realized that quantum computation could be used to...
Dinah Drake : Alright, yeah... Forget I asked. I'll bring you guys the visor, okay?
Felicity Smoak : Copy that, we're here. Curtis, this is on you now.
Curtis Holt : Challenge accepted.
Rene Ramirez : Hey, seriously man, what's up with your balls? I mean, you were literally gonna throw those things in the trash.
Curtis Holt : Paul called... Asked me to dinner, like a date. Like... I'm gonna get my man back.
Rene Ramirez : I told you, Hoss, some piece of tech ain't gonna...
Curtis Holt : Look, I know Paul... He wouldn't be asking me to go out to dinner if he wasn't ready to reconcile.
-
Curtis Holt : It's working... It's actually tracking the rest of the visor.
Dinah Drake : Let's take down this SOB.
Curtis Holt : Without Oliver?
Felicity Smoak : If Vigilante gets to him, we'll be doing this without Oliver permanently.
Curtis Holt : [Simultaneously] Let's suit up.
John Diggle : [Simultaneously] Suit up.
Curtis Holt : Oh... Sorry, I thought since Oliver's gone, I would, probably-- But it makes more sense probably for you...
Curtis Holt : [Diggle walks off quickly] I'll make sure I work on the timing there. Promise.
Felicity Smoak : [Grabbing Curtis' arm and spinning him] Balls.
Curtis Holt : My T-Spheres... Don't call 'em "balls".
-
Thea Queen : Hold on, I need a favor.
Felicity Smoak : Okay, if this is about Susan Williams, I'm already on it.
Thea Queen : No, it's about the impeachment. You said that Pandora has dirt on a lot of people, right?
Felicity Smoak : Yeah, if by "a lot of people" you mean "everybody", then yeah.
Thea Queen : What about Councilman Kullens?
Felicity Smoak : Last time I checked,d he's part of "everybody", why?
Thea Queen : You know why.
Felicity Smoak : Oh. Oh! You wanna blackmail him?
Thea Queen : No, it's not blackmail... It's politics.
