- The bold crew of the hit Sci-Fi TV series "Star Crew" are in for an adventure that will push them to their limits while they fight to find the heroes inside in time to save the world.
- The year is 2021. We're on an earth very much like our own, and we're at the 6th annual STAR CREW Christmas Party. In the backyard of a Hollywood mansion, lucky fans of the international hit sci-fi show, STAR CREW, get a sneak peak at the season finale. The screening is a huge success and the show's creator, TINA Rosenberry, introduces the cast of the show on stage. When they go to take their bows, they're suddenly attacked by a small army of synthetic zombie robots called "Friendlies". These "Zombot" friendlies (characters from the show) have become evil and found a way to this reality with a plan to kill the cast of Star Crew, and destroy this Universe. They slaughter the entire cast and move on to everyone else at the party. But an odd, pale, and skinny cast member named LOGIC is still alive. He grabs a small device from his jacket and presses the button. Time gradually slows down until it comes to a complete stop, except for Logic, who is somehow removed from Space/Time. Time accelerates in reverse. We pull out of the party to see the city of Los Angeles flying by in reverse. We pull out even more to see the earth spin in reverse. It slows to a stop and then begins to spin again in proper direction. We are now in 1991. Six year old "Michael Raimi" is watching his favorite show, Star Crew. He sits in a small dirty room where Michael's father walks out with a suitcase- and leaves their lives forever. Michael mentally hides from the fight in the show he is watching, reciting his favorite line from the show, "I will never abandon my crew." We cut to 2021, ten minutes before the Zombot attack. Michael Raimi, now 35, steps out of his 10 year old Honda Civic in a cheap Christmas sweater. We recognize him as one of the slaughtered cast members from later on in the evening. Backstage, Michael has charmed the long standing cast members, especially BRIDGET Warren. Everyone loves the new guy Michael, except for "Ron Richmond." Ron Richmond plays Captain Ron of Star Crew, and he has been the lead character of the show for 30 years. He has obvious disdain for Michael, and an oddly placed fear of losing the only thing he has left, his show. He believes Michael may have been brought onto the show to ultimately replace him. Ron tries to embarrass Michael by tricking him into saying awful things backstage about Star Crew and playing them on the big screen in front of the fans. Ron's trick works, but Michael doesn't panic. In front of the fans, he tells them about Ron's crazy practical joke, and slides right out of it with humor and wit. The crowd is having a great time, and they love him. The cast holds hands to bow as they did before, except this time there is no slaughter, the waiters are just waiters, dressed as Friendlies, but not actually robot killing machines from another dimension. Michael feels something is wrong. He has a quick flashback of the slaughter where he and the rest of the people at the Christmas party were killed. He shrugs it off as a bad day dream. What is going on?
