More mindless cut-and-paste work from IFD, under the direction of one Paul Wong (probably an undiscovered pseudonym used by Godfrey Ho). This one masquerades under the title of ADVENT COMMANDO 7 or AMERICAN COMMANDO 9 depending on which film series you're watching. As usual, a badly-dubbed old drama makes up the bulk of the running time, with a few tacked-on scenes of Mike Abbott running around and fighting bad guys making up the new content. It's grating stuff indeed, too poor quality to enjoy, and lacking the ninja madness of Ho's most entertaining cut-and-paste oddities.
