She talks more about acting and how it is therapeutic. Johnny then goes on to the question of whether women and men can understand what the other sex experiences. Jay Johnson does a comedy ventriloquist act with his dummy Bob. As part of the routine, he tries to teach Bob to be a ventriloquist. Calvin Trillin relates humorous observations from his experiences and travels, such as state slogans.
