Steve takes FBI profile Alicia Brown along after she finds a corpse in her bed and a signature chess piece from the elusive serial killer. A home shooting and a victim fallen from the sky point to drug cartel killer Hector Frontera. Steve teams up with a DEA agent whose female colleague is also a victim.
