As I was scrolling through Reddit I came upon this masterpiece. I mean the film is definitely not perfect but I though I would show some love and review the student film.
Overall, I thought it was cringey at times (especially the CIA director) but Jim Conners and Ben Dalton help balance the film out. The plot was very good though, too bad the film didn't have a higher budget, but he made it work.
Pros:
- The plot and characters is actually very good (basically the main reason I gave it a 9)
- Jim Conners was pretty funny, especially when he threw the chair
- The main theme is very good and relaxing (the credits gave me goosebumps); however, I was disappointed that I could not find the name of the song in the description
- The use of the hot wheels was very creative
- For the budget...this film is very good
Cons:
- Some of the acting
- The sound was completely distorted by the wind in a few scenes
- The CIA director
- A few parts of the film could be cut out (some scenes drag on too long)
Compared to most of the crap out in theaters, this is entertaining. I would much rather watch this than the new star wars movies.
Sorry, if my review came across as angry, it is just because I had a rough day.
