- Some wrestlers can execute crude taunts and gestures towards opponents, such as the gesticulating of middle fingers, or the gyrating and thrusting of their pelvis.

- Wrestlers will use hand-to-hand wrestling moves such as punches, kicks, throws, and execute a variety of wrestling moves such as body slams, submission grapples and suplexes.
- The player can also use items and objects to attack opponents, such as baseball bats, chairs, ladders and sledgehammers.
- Besides matches in the ring, brawls can also occur in the backstage areas, and wrestlers can attack each other and throw an opponent into objects such as luggage trunks and electrical fuse boxes.
- Gameplay features frequent and realistic sporting violence, with bruises and some blood depicted on male wrestlers during matches, if the 'Blood Effects' option is turned on in the game settings.
- Blood may appear on their bodies and foreheads when they receive sufficient damage, and will leave blood stains on opponents and weapons, this however can be turned off in the settings.
- Overall, portrayals of realistic, but not excessively graphic, violence with depictions of bloodshed may be included in the gameplay.

- Very occasional use of mild language by commentators and in dialog, most of it is used for emphasis. This includes hell, damn, a*s, and a couple rare uses of bast**d.
- Some uses of "oh my god" in exclaims of suprise.
