Poor Shelley Duvall isn't herself, and Dr. Phil was forced to interview her. This episode is painful to everyone who was involved in it besides the greedy executives.

Dr Phil needs help.

Dr Phil was not "forced to interview her." He had the means to HELP her and not humiliate her for ratings.
