This is truly one of the saddest shows I've ever seen. First series...first episode and they're asking a prisoner if it's all right he comes with them...is it OK.....handcuffed in front and seconds later in the van he undoes the leg restraint so out he comes....AGAIN...and they try desperately to do things right.....instead of behaving like professionals and not buddies. Like Canadian cops or not,they DO THEIR JOB....weather you like it or not. First incident involves a severely DRUNK young woman who assaults 2 doormen and 2 officers and when found guilty gets some community service. Wouldn't happen here if you assault a cop...that's gonna land you in JAIL.....so apparently lessons learned in the UK...do whatever you want and you'll get community service.....yeah....I'll bet that's a winning combo....or a fine....although my favorite is the driver without a license, registration or insurance whose penalty is to have points taken off his license...which he doesn't have!! What a country...no wonder they're buried in crime and no way to solve it....cops there seem more like babysitters than police officers.....come to Canada and take a lesson.
