- there is a male enemy who's costume has a cutout that shows his buttocks.

- there are 2 scenes where characters get shot in the head and blood sprays out. after they are shot it shows them lying in a puddle of blood. another where a man is shot in the forehead and falls into a body of water.
- a masked criminal stabs two men. two stabs per man, accompanied with some blood spray
- a man stabs himself in the abdomen. this happens fast and results in a blood splatter on the floor, which is somewhat easy to miss.
- in one scene, two men are shot. brief blood spray/splatter is shown
- a criminal fights a group of men and ends up stabbing one in the throat and shooting another. there is some blood spray but the scene is pretty fast. at the end, he slits someone's throat off screen. it makes a few graphic noises, and a bit of blood shoots out.
- the gameplay consists of a lot of fist fights and occasionally weapons like swords, knives or guns. the player never actually kills anyone and you can tone the violence down by changing gore to mild in the settings.
- two characters brawl in a boxing ring. their hits result in some blood spurts and splatter. one's face ends up bruised and a bit bloodied.
- a man is injured (maybe killed) by someone smashing a wine bottle over his head. a bloody aftermath is shown but it isn't that graphic.
- an image of a corpse is shown multiple times. there's some blood on the wall behind him and a bit on the corpse as well. his eyes and mouth are also open so it's slightly more disturbing.
- a character repeatedly punches a man who's already down. there's some brief blood splatter.
- there's a corpse floating on water. he has a bullet wound on his forehead and his eyes/mouth are open making a surprised or scared expression.
- a man throws a knife at someone and hits their leg. some blood shoots out.
- one character is shot in the stomach. some blood spurts out briefly.
- towards the end, there are a few cutscenes showing people fighting. some blood is shown
- a man is shot multiple times in the body. some blood spurts out
- a man shoots himself in the head. it shows some of it but it's not very graphic.

- damn, sh*t, f**k are shown in the subtitles. it's not very frequent for an M rated title though. expect PG-13 or slightly above levels.

- two corpses are shown with blood on them and the wall/floor. their eyes and mouths are opened so it looks a little more disturbing. one corpse has a swarm of flies around it
- the 2 cutscenes where characters are shot in the head are rather sudden/shocking. similar to the Yakuza 2 elevator death scene.
- a woman is held hostage. later in the scene, she is shot off screen. it's kind of an emotional cutscene
