- The opening attack on the police precinct by the Arrow is very intense and brutal seeing Oliver attack a bunch of dirty cops. Many officers would have probably been killed if not for their vests

- Oliver is drugged by a version of Vertigo a hallucinogenic drug.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Oliver is seen yelling at his wife and son out of anger
- Part of the episode being so dark is because it is hard for Oliver to distinguish what he is and isn't hallucinating.
- Oliver pushes his family and friends away in this episode but it is later revealed to have partially due to the influence of Vertigo in his system
